What you'll be doing: Crafting and serving a range of beverages with skill, flair, and attention to detail. Engaging with guests and delivering warm, personalised service that leaves a lasting impression. Creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere that encourages guests to unwind and enjoy their evening. Working closely with the team to ensure the bar is well-stocked, organised, and ready for service. Maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of Clarkes Bar, ensuring every guest enjoys a premium experience. Collaborating with colleagues across the hotel to deliver seamless guest experiences. What we're looking for: Someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and brings positive energy to every shift. Previous bar experience is preferred, but a passion for hospitality, a willingness to learn, and a great attitude are what matter most.
