We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of bartending practices. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Your role will be vital in enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. You will be required to hold a food hygiene certificate. if you do have one we will provide one at our cost.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements.
• A friendly and approachable demeanour with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, taking orders and offering recommendations based on preferences.
• Monitor customer behaviour and ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments.
• Preparation of rolls and light snacks.
• Uphold food safety standards by following hygiene practices and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
• Some cleaning duties will be required.
