GENERAL

Be responsible for Health and Safety as an individual and also to work colleagues, customers and the business, reporting concerns through the Health and Safety processes and procedures.
Ensure continuous professional development of self, including attending required training courses and seeking means of developing within the business
Promote continuous improvement in the level of quality and customer care provided by the business and make proposals/suggestions where applicable

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Assisting with ensuring the bar is prepared for each service, keeping the bar area and storage clean and tidy
• Have a good working relationship with your colleagues and all other departments maintaining high levels of communication, team work and respect
• Assist with daily duties required for the productive running of the bar
• Provide excellent guest service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting with ensuring the bar is prepared for each service keeping the bar area and storage clean and tidy.
• Ensure all staff work in a responsible way.
• Have a working knowledge of financial implications of decisions made with purchasing and use of stock.
• Have a good working relationship with your colleagues and all other departments maintaining high levels of communication, team work and respect at all times.
