WANT TO TURN A PUB INTO THE PLACE TO BE?

We’re looking for someone with personality, energy, and hospitality flair to join our team at The Mason Arms, part of Artist Residence.

This role is about more than bartending – it’s about being the heartbeat of the pub. Someone who can:

• Create a great vibe in the evenings with music, chat & atmosphere
• Look after guests like they’re in your own home
• Spot the details and keep standards high
• Making everyone feel special while keeping everything seamless
• Driving sales through energy and personality
• Support the GM and Restaurant & Bar Manager with daily operations

If you’re magnetic, fun, and love hospitality, we’d love to meet you. We’d also love to hear from chalet/yacht hosts or luxury hospitality people who want to bring their presence, charm, and polish into a pub-with-rooms setting.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 25 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

• South Leigh OX29: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:
