Description JOB SUMMARY: Provide excellent service to all guests who approach the bars and self-service stations. Keeps the bars and/or self-service station cleaned and always stocked. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Cleans the bar area, including mats, floors, sinks, drains, and other bar appliances. Changes the soda bibs and stock all beverage supplies in the designated area. Maintains a clean, sanitary, and free of debris work environment. Provides a safe work environment for employees and guests. Requirements GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be 21 years old. Must be willing to work any day of the week and any shift. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Must be able to lift 50 pounds and manually push 300 pounds. Must be able to bend, pull and carry stock to refrigerators and cabinets. Ability to stand for long hours. Must be able to work in an environment with smoke, loud noise, and strobing lights.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibility is to provide excellent service to guests approaching bars and self-service stations while ensuring these areas remain clean and fully stocked. This includes cleaning bar appliances, changing soda bibs, and stocking all beverage supplies.
