BAR PORTER Job Summary: The bar porter is responsible for supporting bartenders in the service of guests by ensuring availability of stock, maintaining an organized and sanitary work environment whilst offering friendly and efficient service. Responsibilities: * Cleansing bar area, including bar tops, sinks, glasses, drains, refrigerators, coolers, and other bar appliances * Ensuring all soda gun products, fruit garnishes, and mixes meet service standards * Maintaining bar levels with product and supplies * Keeping bar stocked with product and supplies throughout shift * Collecting, unpacking, and distributing weekly and daily product orders * Completing required paperwork, including bar transfers and dry stock deliveries * Attending pre and post shift meetings and department meetings as scheduled Qualifications: * High School Leaving Certificate/Diploma * Food Handler's Permit * Minimum two years' work experience in a similar or comparative position Work Environment: * Bar environment * Inside/outside spaces * May be required to work outside of normal working hours, on weekends, and public holidays * Heavy guest interaction
