Part Time Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a keen interest in providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, mixing and serving drinks, and ensuring that all patrons have an enjoyable experience. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the high standards of our establishment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a bartending or hospitality role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Strong knowledge of basic maths for handling transactions and measuring ingredients accurately.
  • Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
  • Understanding of food safety practices to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour towards customers.
  • A passion for bartending with a willingness to learn about new cocktails and drink recipes.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
  • Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible service of alcohol policies at all times.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely service during busy periods.
