Then, we have the job for you! As Food and Beverage Manager at Accor oversees the daily operations of our restaurants, bars, and other food and beverage outlets. This includes managing the F&B team to ensure guests receive heartfelt care in their dining experience and that the business remains profitable. As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will strategically lead the team to take guest satisfaction to the next level. What is in it for you: Managing all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars. Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Ensuring high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service. Training, mentoring, and supervising staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Creating and maintaining menus that reflect current culinary trends and meet guest preferences. Monitoring inventory levels and managing ordering to minimize waste and maximize profitability. Implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations. Handling guest feedback and resolving any issues or complaints promptly. Qualifications Your experience and skills ideally should include: Experience of running events and running restaurant operations Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance Additional Information A little more information: You will have the opportunity to be part of a high energy, fun team that delivers excellent customer service each day to all our guests.
