JOB DESCRIPTION

At Collins Bar Dooradoyle we require a talented General Manager for our award-winning food and beverage operation

Experience:

• Food and Beverage management in an Irish bar or restaurant: 2 years (required

• Able to work in and control all areas of the food and beverage operation
• Fully responsible for all food and beverage stock control.
• Rostering of the food and beverage team (bar, floor staff, runners). Staffing costs to be maintained at agreed % of turnover.
• Develop and implement a streamlined ordering system. General Manager will be responsible for ensuring a consistent margin remains at agreed %.
• Direct and support a planned marketing and sales drive including promotions.
• Overseeing the operations of all reservations and bookings
• Working knowledge of human resources and current employee law
• Career focused professional person
• Good and consistent communicator to staff and customers
• Responsible for implementing agreed policy and procedure.
• Ensuring training to the required standard of all existing staff members & ensuring efficient recruitment and training of all new hires.
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: €45,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
