  • Manage all areas of the Food and Beverage operation.
  • Responsible for Food and Beverage Stock control/Rotation/Purchasing.
  • Rostering and Supervision of the Food and Beverage Team.
  • Overseeing operations of all reservations/bookings.
  • Knowledge of employee law and Human Resources.
  • Excellent communicator to staff and customers.
  • Ensuring training to the required standards of all existing staff members and ensuring efficient recruitment and training of all new employees.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: €42,500.00-€45,000.00 per year
