We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Bar & Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant pub/restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong hospitality experience, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves delivering exceptional customer service.
About the Role:
As our Bar & Restaurant Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring smooth operations across both the bar and restaurant. You will lead and motivate the team, drive sales, and ensure our guests enjoy a memorable experience every time they visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the bar and restaurant
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding service
• Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Drive sales through promotions, events, and upselling opportunities
• Handle budgets, rotas, and cost controls effectively
• Deal with customer feedback in a professional and proactive way

About You:

• Previous experience in a management role within a pub, bar, or restaurant
• A strong leader with excellent people management skills
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent customer service
• Organised, hands-on, and able to work under pressure
• Commercially aware, with experience in budgeting and driving sales
• Flexible and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
