Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to customers
- Take and serve drink orders in a timely manner
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Monitor and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit
- Upsell additional food and beverage items to increase sales
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling purposes
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and practices
- Understanding of food preparation and culinary techniques is a plus
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
MUST BE 18 YEARS PLUS due to serving of alcoholic drinks
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
