ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Bar & Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll oversee the daily operations of our bar and restaurant, ensuring top-quality service, efficiency, and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and manage bar & restaurant staff, including bartenders, servers, and barbacks
• Maintain a positive and friendly atmosphere for guests and team members
• Implement and uphold standard operating procedures for smooth service
• Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations
• Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory management
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food and beverage service
• Train and mentor new staff on bar procedures and customer service
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally
• Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, and maximize profitability
• Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new ideas to enhance the bar experience
