We are seeking an experienced Bar/ Restaurant Supervisor for Southside Bar & Kitchen (Giffnock)
Must have leadership skills and a passion for hospitality. You MUST be friendly and welcoming, to all guests arriving, be able to serve customers at the tables, taking orders and be able to serve drinks quickly and efficiently. Must have a good knowledge of beverages. Must have excellent time management and be presentable.
COCKTAIL and BARISTA experience is ESSENTIAL.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a bar management role or similar supervisory position within the hospitality sector.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of beverage trends and mixology techniques

Responsibilities
  • Serve customers, lead the team, have a positive and productive work environment.
