EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes.

  • Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders and answering any questions regarding the menu or drinks.
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to customers at the bar.
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management as needed.
