As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our patrons while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality sector is preferred but not essential.
• A solid understanding of food safety practices is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members.
• Time management skills are crucial for maintaining service flow during peak hours.
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment is essential for success in this role.

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders and answering any questions regarding the menu or drinks.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to customers at the bar.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management as needed.
