SKILLS

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is essential, with culinary experience being highly advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food production techniques.
  • Excellent leadership skills with prior supervising experience preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative when required.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour towards guests and colleagues alike.
  • Experience as a barista or in hotel environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
