QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and professional.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
  • Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments.
