We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. Your responsibilities will include serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organised bar area. QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality sector is preferred but not essential.
• Strong time management skills to effectively handle busy periods while maintaining high-quality service.
• A friendly and approachable demeanour with a genuine desire to help customers enjoy their experience.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and professional.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments.
