We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Staff member to join our hardworking team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and great customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers in a warm, welcoming manner.
• Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serving food and drinks in our bar and restaurant areas.
• Ensuring all tables are clean and well presented at all times.
• Handling customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Processing payments and operating the till.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Working closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a bar or hospitality role is essential.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A professional and friendly attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and a good team player.
• Flexible availability, weekends and evenings available.
