Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic Bar Staff to join our team at Havana, As a Bar Staff member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and ensuring they have an enjoyable experience.
Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve drinks following standard recipes
- Handle cash transactions and operate the till system
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure stock levels are replenished
- Engage with customers, provide recommendations, and address any queries or concerns promptly
- Working in a fast paced environment
- Working a lot over the Xmas period including all the big nights and weekends
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills accurately
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
