JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a member of our bar staff, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our patrons, ensuring they have a memorable experience. You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to food safety standards while working in a fast-paced environment.

SKILLS

• Proficient in basic maths for handling transactions and managing tabs.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
• Excellent hospitality skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Previous experience in bartending or restaurant environments is essential.
• Previous experience in receptionist or administrative role highly beneficial

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Engage with customers, taking orders efficiently and providing recommendations when necessary.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, requiring basic maths skills for processing payments.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assist in restocking supplies as needed to ensure the bar is well-equipped for service.
