We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bartender to join the team at Seventy Five at Liberty, an exciting restaurant set within one of London’s most iconic department stores. Combining modern British cuisine with a commitment to sustainability and local suppliers, our venue offers a lively and stylish setting for guests to enjoy expertly crafted drinks.
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, preparing high-quality cocktails, and ensuring guests have a memorable experience at the bar. You will have a deep knowledge of spirits, wines, and classic cocktails, as well as a passion for hospitality.

• Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve a range of cocktails, wines, beers, and other beverages to a high standard.
• Guest Experience: Engage with guests in a warm and professional manner, offering recommendations and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Stock Management: Maintain and replenish bar stock, ensuring correct rotation and storage.
• Bar Setup & Close Down: Ensure the bar is fully prepared before service and properly closed down at the end of the shift.
• Quality Control: Maintain high levels of consistency and presentation in all drinks served.
• Speed & Efficiency: Work quickly and effectively during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail.
• Compliance: Follow all licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
• Teamwork: Support colleagues on the floor and work collaboratively to ensure smooth service.
• Cash Handling: Process payments accurately and efficiently.
