We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic bartender to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and customer service, This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our pubs, maintaining high standards of food safety, and delivering an outstanding experience for our guests.

Duties
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware.
* Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and answering queries about the menu.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
* Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders.
* Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
* Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
* Understanding of food safety regulations to ensure compliance in beverage preparation.
* A friendly disposition with strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work evenings, and bank holidays as required.
Skills
* Proven experience in a hospitality environment preferred.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulation.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and customers alike.
