Lighthouse Social is looking for a passionate and professional Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a community-driven social space, we pride ourselves on crafting outstanding cocktails and delivering exceptional hospitality. Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic, personable, and has a keen eye for detail, ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume cocktail bar, restaurant, or members’ club.
• Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails.
• Experience in mixology, including craft cocktails, flavor pairing, and creative drink presentation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash-handling procedures.

• Prepare classic and innovative cocktails with consistency and flair.

• Monitor stock levels and minimize waste through effective inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
• Collaborate with the Bar Manager on promotions, themed nights, and seasonal menus.
