We are now recruiting Bar Staff to join our team
To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our guests. Our bar team mix and serve drinks and beverages at the various bars across the hotel.
We are looking for staff who are keen to develop their bar skills and who enjoy working in a busy vibrant environment. Previous bar experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
We have day shifts, evenings and weekend shifts and are flexible with shift patterns
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a high standard of customer management, at all times
• set-up and effective operation of the bar, within company policy, at all times
• Work in all areas of the bars, to ensure that best practice is maintained
• Follow hotel cash handling procedures
• Maximise all sales opportunities in the business, including quality of food and drink service and availability, using all company point-of-sale as directed; have an
• understanding of all promotions
• Follow all delivery processes, including checking in orders, storage, stock rotation, security, loss investigation
• Be aware of and adhere to licensing, data protection, Health & Safety at Work and COSHH legislation, at all times
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training, attending courses and completing workbooks
• Always adhere to all company policies and procedures and licensing laws
• Carry out any duties as instructed by bar manager and general manager
