We are a conference & banqueting venue and are looking for bartenders to help us with delivering outstanding customer service.
We are a large events venue with bedrooms and a fine dining restaurant. We are a thriving business with opportunities for the ideal candidate to grow and develop with the team.
You will be responsible for the preparation, setting up, service, and clearing for conference & banqueting events. As well as serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and handling of money as required.
The ideal candidate would be someone with some experience in this role who is extremely communicative and genuinely cares about the guest’s experience.
We also believe that you should have the following skills:
· Good verbal communication
· Have exceptional customer service
· Basic math
· Able to work as part of a team
· Able to work standing and walking for a long period of time
· A positive attitude
· Good knowledge of spirits and bar
As part of the bar team, you are key to our guests and the business as you will ensure that they have an extraordinary experience, you will also help us with the following:
· Knowledge of all the laws and regulations
· Being knowledgeable of our cocktail/drink menu
· Learn and follow all the specs
· Maintain the bar clean, tidy and stocked-up
· Being able to produce consistent cocktails
· Process payments
· Cooperate and liaise with your managers and floor team
· Help other areas when necessary
