About the role

Merimbula RSL Club is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Bar Staff to join our team on a casual basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a vibrant hospitality environment where you'll deliver exceptional service to our valued members and guests. Based in Merimbula, NSW 2548.

What we're looking for

• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a positive, welcoming attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Knowledge of responsible service of alcohol practices and commitment to compliance
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
• Basic numeracy skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems (training provided if necessary)
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Prior bar or hospitality experience is advantageous but not essential—we're happy to train the right person
• A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) qualification or willingness to obtain one
