Description

We are looking for experienced Bar Staff to work mid week who will work well as part of our team in The Grand Killarney.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be confident, self-motivated and hard working with a passion for providing great customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Serving our customers to the high standards expected, ensuring excellent customer service is maintained at all times.
  • Mixing and serving a wide range of alcoholic beverages.
  • Assessing customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations.
  • Ensuring the cocktail making area is kept clean and organised.
  • Handling customer payment transactions.
  • Prioritising and managing a busy workload.
  • Compliance with all beverage regulations.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages desirable.
  • Ability to work quickly, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about Customer Service.
  • Ability to work within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Legal right to work in Ireland.
