Possible LUNCHTIME COVER also available with lenient 13:00 - 15:00/15:30/16:00 shifts everyday (Various & very flexible AM/PM shifts)
Preference to ‘live-out’ as pub accommodation is currently limited.

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to serve beverages and food while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a bar setting is preferred and a willingness to learn is key.
• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous but not essential.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments accurately.
• Excellent time management abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment. On time is late.

• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders accurately, and responding to inquiries promptly.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the bar.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, using basic math skills to ensure accurate billing.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure all guests receive prompt service.
