Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste appropriately.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
  • Assist in managing stock levels by monitoring inventory and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth operations during busy periods.
