JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for providing excellent customer service in a sometimes fast-paced environment. As a member of our bar staff, you will be responsible for serving drinks, maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area, and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in using POS systems, particularly Micros POS is preferred.
  • Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment within the hospitality sector.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
  • Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders and handle cash and debit transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware (by machine) and cleaning surfaces.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations.
