We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons while ensuring that all beverages are prepared to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
• A solid understanding of food safety practices is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on hospitality and customer service.
• Basic bartending knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key.

  Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour
  Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week

• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
• Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service while maintaining quality standards.
• Uphold the establishment’s policies and procedures, particularly regarding responsible alcohol service.
