We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
  • A solid understanding of food safety practices is highly desirable.
  • Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on hospitality and customer service.
  • Basic bartending knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key.

    Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service while maintaining quality standards.
  • Uphold the establishment’s policies and procedures, particularly regarding responsible alcohol service.
