EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided to the right candidates.
• A solid understanding of hospitality principles and customer service excellence is crucial.

• Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all food safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of our guests.
