Flair bartending skills are highly desirable – if you can juggle shakers as well as you juggle orders, we want to see it!

THE ROLE

As part of our bar team, you’ll be the creative force behind our cocktail menu – from classics to signature serves. You’ll bring flair, precision, and personality to every drink, ensuring our guests enjoy an unforgettable experience from the first pour to the final garnish.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Craft high-quality cocktails with speed, style, and attention to detail
• Showcase mixology and (if you have it) flair bartending skills
• Maintain an immaculate and fully stocked bar
• Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to every guest
• Work seamlessly with the floor team to deliver the Taipan Asia standard
• Suggest, develop, and innovate cocktail recipes for seasonal menus
