Due to our super busy season coming up we are looking for new additions to our fabulous team! The 3 Stories is a vibrant and dynamic venue offering high-quality food, drinks and service across multiple floors. Known for our lively atmosphere and loyal customer base, we take pride in delivering a consistently excellent guest experience — whether it’s bottomless brunch, match days, cocktails or private events.

SKILLS

  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is essential.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is essential.
  • Bar experience is essential.
  • Strong time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent guest service skills, with a focus on creating memorable experiences for patrons.
  • Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a genuine approach to customer interactions.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and seat guests in a welcoming manner, ensuring they receive excellent service.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, using the appropriate systems.
  • Provide efficient service on high volume days.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and service stations.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for resolution and satisfaction.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience while increasing sales.
  • Have good knowledge of menus and products sold. (training provided)
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks during busy periods.
