JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our bar team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organised bar area, someone who is willing to waitress and cover house keeping when needed would be a huge plus. We have a 46 cover restaurant and 10 letting rooms onsite.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
  • Basic bartending skills are desirable, including familiarity with drink recipes and preparation techniques but happy to give training.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a busy setting.

    Pay: £12.10-£14.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices.
  • Assist in managing inventory by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages to management.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, using basic maths skills for processing payments.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
  • Uphold the establishment’s standards of hospitality, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
