REQUIREMENTS

• Serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is well-kept.
• Adhere to food safety standards and regulations to ensure the health and safety of guests.
• Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and efficiently while providing excellent service.
• Manage cash transactions with basic math skills to process payments accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management as needed.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks during peak hours.
