EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn.
• Strong understanding of guest services with a focus on creating positive dining experiences.
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing bills effectively.
• Time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
• A background in food preparation or culinary arts is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being proactive in assisting guests.

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any issues that may arise during service.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each meal service.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both guests and staff.
