We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the hospitality industry, along with strong bartending skills and a commitment to food safety.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential.
• Strong knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes is advantageous.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
• A commitment to providing outstanding hospitality and customer service.
• Understanding of food safety practices is essential for maintaining hygiene standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A willingness to help colleagues as part of a team-oriented approach.

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible service of alcohol.
• Assist in managing stock levels.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and health standards at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills.
