REQUIREMENTS

  • A commitment to providing outstanding hospitality and customer service.
  • Understanding of food safety practices is essential for maintaining hygiene standards.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible service of alcohol.
  • Assist in managing stock levels.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and health standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills.
