OVERVIEW

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team.
All Staff will be required to work evenings and weekends, this will involve late nights as these tend to be our busier shifts
As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Your role will involve bartending duties, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to food safety standards. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
  • Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and tab management.
  • Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and helping others enjoy their experience.
  • Bartending experience is an advantage but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key.
  • Evening and Weekend work, essential.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is clean and well-maintained.
  • Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions regarding the menu.
  • Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible service of alcohol and compliance with licensing laws.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
  • Uphold food safety standards by following proper hygiene practices at all times.
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service for all patrons.
