We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and providing assistance to customers in a fast-paced setting.

SKILLS

• Strong understanding of food safety practices to maintain a hygienic work environment.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is advantageous.
• Basic maths skills for handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
• A passion for hospitality with a friendly demeanour towards customers.
• Bartending skills, including knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure while providing help and support to colleagues as needed.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.
• Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service.
• Assist in stock management.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments.
