JOB OVERVIEW

NOW OPEN - Trumans has been completely refurbished. The space now offers a stylish and cosy environment for drinks and food. We have to bars within the venue. The main bar offers a cosy and comfortable environment for a casual drink during the week and ramps up at the weekend with live DJ entertainment. Our speakeasy basement bar is a stylish space for cocktails, wine and live music.
We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated Bar Staff to join our team. First and foremost we are keen to identify people who take pride in delivering great service and a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the overall operations of the bar.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is advantageous but not essential.
  • Cocktail experience is preferable but is not essential.
  • Barista experience is preferable but is not essential.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages to customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area.
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Assist in re-stocking bar inventory and supplies.
  • Support management with basic cellar management duties.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks.
  • Take orders and serve food when required.
  • Maintain high standards of hospitality, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
