We are looking for staff to join our team at Gin and Juice/Rum and Fizz here in Cardiff city centre. All of our staff are cross-trained on bar, barback and floor roles so please note this is not purely a bartending role. However, a candidate with bar and cocktail-making experience is preferred for this role.
Event day and weekend availability is essential for this position. You could work between 20-40 hours per week, including weekends and late nights. You must be able to work evenings until 2.30am.
We are a very busy venue and have high standards but it is also a lovely, friendly team and a rewarding role with plenty of opportunities to learn and progress.
