REQUIREMENTS

• Some wine knowledge is desirable, WSET Level 2 or 3 is a definite advantage
• Bar experience is desirable but we are more than happy to train you up
• Ability to learn our range of wines quickly
• Superb relationships builder

• Serving customers at the bar
• Making cocktails to spec
• Helping with putting deliveries away
• Restocking the bar and wine shelves
• Chatting to customers about wine and general lovely conversation to enhance their experience with us
• Following the daily and weekly cleaning rota to keep the site neat, tidy and safe
• Occasional line cleans, following the correct procedure
• Occasionally opening and closing the bar area
• Assist with stock counting
• Getting involved in social media
