  • Minimum five years’ experience in a similar role in a high-end restaurant
  • Impeccable service standards and attention to detail
  • An understanding of customer needs to deliver the best wine, food, and overall dining experience
  • Someone with initiative and with the ability to work as part of a team

  • Professional, personable, and driven to exceed expectations
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves a challenge
  • In-depth knowledge of Italian and Australian wines desirable
