Location: The Hoste Arms Hotel, Burnham Market, Norfolk
Hours: Full-time (including evenings, weekends, and some split shifts)

We’re known for delivering excellent service in a warm, welcoming atmosphere — and we’re looking for someone to join our bar team who shares our passion for hospitality.

THE ROLE:

We’re on the lookout for a friendly, enthusiastic, and experienced Bar Person to join our front-of-house team full-time. You’ll be serving a range of drinks, cocktails, and bar snacks to both locals and hotel guests, ensuring everyone receives a first-class experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serving drinks and food efficiently and with a smile
Mixing and presenting cocktails and drinks to a high standard
Keeping the bar area clean, tidy, and fully stocked
Delivering great customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
Assisting with stock rotation and deliveries
Adhering to licensing laws, health & safety, and hygiene regulations
