Job Description WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated leader to join our team, who will report to and working collaboratively with the Food & Beverage Services Manager. This role is key to bringing the Resort's casual dining concepts to life while leading and inspiring the team, instilling a culture of guest passion, and drive financial performance. This role will work across The Green Dining, The Cart Bar & Kitchen, Conferencing & Events, and the seasonal poolside Oasis Bar. Qualifications YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE: A leader genuinely passionate for providing exceptional customer service, motivated to train and develop a team to share this enthusiasm, Excellent communication skills, and high standard of grooming and personal presentation, Previous leadership experience in hospitality with a focus on guest service and team engagement, including the ability to train others on their "in trend" product knowledge for wine, cocktails, and barista skills, Previous experience in Restaurant, Bar, and Conference & Events will be highly regarded, Computer literate with strong administration skills, with experience in ResDiary, Micros Applications and Opera PMS highly regarded, The ability and flexibility to work across a seven-day rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays, Currently hold, or be willing and able to obtain, both Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Management of Licensed Venues (RMLV) certificates.
