• Build, lead and develop the team
• Supervise the operations of KG Sports Bar & ensure that the service is in line with outlined standards
• Closely monitor & maintain productivity across the venue
• Coordinate the team and daily operations to ensure service standards are consistently achieved.
• Work collaboratively to ensure seasonal & focused activations are executed to ensure revenue expectations are achieved.
• Build a working environment that is fun, purpose driven, professional & productive.
• HIGA Award rates are applicable.

• Demonstrated success in a similar role
• Strong people leadership capabilities
• Advanced knowledge of beer, wine & spirits,
• A drive to succeed
• Strong time management & organisational skills
• Understanding of a busy bar operation
• A genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
• A strong interest & understanding of local & international sports
• A valid RSA
