Bar Supervisor - Antique Bar - Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day bar operations, ensuring drink efficiency and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Have a passion for quality drinks and customer service
  • Proven expertise in staff leadership, management, and customer service focused training
  • Experience in rostering and labour management. Experience using the rostering system Deputy would be an advantage
  • Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periods
  • Manage stock
  • A passion for testing and creating cocktails
  • A strong understanding of compliance, RSA, OH&S regulations

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a supervisor role
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets
  • Proven track record of staff management and training
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Must have a valid RSA and Food Handlers Certificate

    Antique Bar is open 6 days a week, with a strong focus on Whisky and Cocktails, with a private function space.
