Responsibilities
  • Enforce and monitor all operational standards, policies, SOPs, and quality measures.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of all kinds of spirits and cocktails, with the ability to create drinks as per guest requirements.
  • Regularly conduct training sessions for the restaurant and bar teams.
  • Oversee monthly inventory and HACCP standards in bars and restaurants. Implement and enforce sufficient par stock for winter and summer seasons. Maintain and organise appropriate stock levels and monitor beverage stock on hand.
  • Ensure all glass inventory and utensils needed for beverage service are in proper condition. List broken items and follow up on maintenance issues. Through guest feedback, identify areas for improvement in service and beverage quality and share observations with the Assistant Manager.
  • Proactively consult guests on any bar beverage-related matter and provide recommendations that suit their requirements. Ensure customer satisfaction from arrival to departure, following MOHG Legendary Quality Experiences (LQES) and service standards. Handle customer complaints effectively and deliver highly personalised service to guests by considering their wine preferences
