About Us
Chi-Cha Lounge is Calgary’s destination for premium cocktails, vibrant atmosphere, and excellent service. We are looking for a Bar Supervisor who can lead by example, keep service smooth during busy nights, and help foster a positive, welcoming team culture.
Position Summary
The Bar Supervisor plays a key role in daily operations of the lounge. This person will assist in managing the bar team, maintain service standards, oversee inventory, and ensure guests enjoy a high quality experience every time they visit.

Responsibilities

• Supervise bartenders and bar staff during shifts to ensure smooth operations
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve issues in a professional manner
• Train, coach, and support team members in product knowledge and service standards
• Assist with scheduling, ordering, and inventory management
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws and workplace safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Support management with opening and closing duties

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender or supervisor in a bar, lounge, or restaurant
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and organized during busy periods
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
• ProServe certification required (or willingness to obtain)
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.37-$22.32 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
